The Sonny Archer Law Enforcement Foundation, Inc. was founded in 2014 by Amanda de Geneste-Archer, surviving spouse and Fermin S. Archer, Sr., Father and Jasmine de Geneste, sister-in-law in memory of one of New York Police Department’s finest. Detective 1^st Grade, Fermin S. Archer Jr. “Sonny” as he was fondly known to most, was born in Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York.
